Mohammed Farooq, Avanade Asia, Singapore
Mohammed says about himself: “I’m a Dynamics CRM functional consultant for Avanade Singapore and my work mainly revolves around solutioning and delivering enterprise CRM projects. I came across ClickDimensions when I had to address some marketing requirements of a pre-sales opportunity. And the ease of use of the product impressed me and I have been using it for my demos ever since. Elaiza Benitez, Myriad IT, New Zealand
Elaiza works as a CRM Business Analyst with Microsoft Silver Partner, Myriad IT, which specialises in the development of business solutions that leverage Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Elaiza has worked with Microsoft Dynamics since 2009 and knows both CRM 4 and 2011. A graduate of the University of Wellington in New Zealand, Elaiza is now based in Melbourne, Australia. In her spare time she likes to explore Melbourne’s hidden gems and indulge in gourmet food. “I haven’t come across a client yet who is unhappy with with ClickDimensions as they’re usually thrilled with the amount of information ClickDimensions provides”, says Elaiza.
James Donohoe, Storm Technology, Ireland
James Donohoe is a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Specialist at Storm Technology. Storm Technology (www.storm.ie) established in 1995 and based in Dublin Ireland, is a provider of software business solutions based on the Microsoft Product Portfolio and is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner for the delivery of Information Worker (IW) Enterprise Architecture, CRM and Custom Development Services built on the Microsoft technology stack. Storm Technology which is also a Partner of ClickDimensions is one of the few organisations in Ireland who have a dedicated CRM practice.
James holds a MSc in Computer Science and a BSc in project Management and Engineering. As a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS), he works with a number of customers throughout Ireland delivering CRM & Xrm solutions that are uniquely customised to address each of their customers’ needs.

Sue Jensen is a Marketing and Sales administrator for eLogic Group, a Microsoft Gold Certified CRM partner located in Victor, NY. Sue uses Microsoft CRM to track marketing and business development data. The addition of ClickDimensions will enable eLogic to keep all sales and marketing data in their CRM system, helping to build targeted lead generation campaigns and analytics based on information tracked through executed marketing campaigns.
Michael Voss, SIS, United States
Michael has 10+ years of experience in marketing. Currently, Michael plans, develops and manages marketing communications and initiatives for the Software and Consulting side of SIS – a leading technology and managed IT solutions provider helping clients design, optimize and support mission-critical assets.
Prior to joining SIS, Michael was the Business Manager for a marketing agency specializing in graphic design and multimedia for the pharmaceutical and medical industry. He also has prior experience in quality systems, manufacturing and illustration.
Michael has a degree in Business Education and has served on the Board of Directors for the Lexington Chapter of the American Advertising Federation. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, reading and tinkering with tech products.
Satyakrishna Ansuri, Tata Consultancy Services, India
Satyakrishna Ansuri is a Sr. MRM Technical/Functional consultant for TCS with overall 10 year of experience. “Since our sales system is built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, [with our prior marketing solution] we had to do major integrations for the connectivity between marketing and sales system. ClickDimensions has come up with an add-on for Dynamics CRM that is tightly integrated with existing objects. I became a fan of the concepts of email deliverability (spam test, bounces), social discovery, landing pages, SMS, web site intelligence (my favorite), A/B split tests, and nurture processes (which is a bit tough in other tools). I am glad to be certified in this tool!”

James Abraham has over 10 years of experience in the IT industry and began working with Dynamics CRM when 4.0 was first released. Currently James is a Consultant at OBS, a company with three Microsoft Gold certifications based in Australia.
