Jakob van Gorp, Winvision


Jakob is Solution Consultant at Winvision in The Netherlands. He started working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM in 2008 as a functional manager and CRM advisor at a University of Applied Science in the Netherlands. After attending in several CRM projects at this institute he made the switch to a Microsoft Partner to become a Solution Consultant. “In the last three years I’ve implemented Dynamics CRM for several customers, mainly in education and care market. The projects differ between small implementations with basic configurations to bigger and more complex projects with a certain amount of development work. I see Click Dimensions as a good solution for a specific  customer need and I am excited about the latest improvements in the Click Dimensions product.”

His solid background in Sales provides him with great insight into the needs of customers making him constantly on the lookout to improve the Marketing process. Arthur works as a Marketing Specialist at SherWeb, a leading cloud hosting service provider.


Scott Miller, Concurrency

 SM-rev Scott is a member of the Concurrency team, which has several Click Dimensions certified professionals and is also a Microsoft global partner of the year award winner.  Scott’s roll is in inside sales, marketing, and as the administrator of the partner relationships.   Scott’s certification in Click Dimensions boosts the marketing team’s efforts to keep the pipeline full and allows Concurrency to not only grow in terms of staff needed, but has allowed the corporation to expand from their HQ in Milwaukee into Minneapolis, and into Chicago and Indianapolis.  Scott’s focus is in in Chicago and Indianapolis markets where they have seen exceptional growth.

Jonathan Gallagher, Green Beacon

Jonathan Gallagher is a Microsoft Dynamics Business Analyst at Green Beacon Solutions currently working in the CRM practice. Since joining Green Beacon in January 2014 he has primarily been working in the Managed Services department, triaging Dynamics CRM clients. Pedro Fernandez, BDO


Online marketing expert Pedro Fernandez has been helping organizations reach and connect with their ideal audiences since the late 1990’s. Based out of Waterloo Region’s thriving technology sector, he started his career as a web designer, and soon developed a passion for search marketing, message clarity and studying online customer behaviour.

Working on both the visual and data-tracking ends of web initiatives, Pedro has come to see effective marketing and customer service as a blend of both art and science. This only empowers his natural talent and ability for bringing companies and their customers together.

Serving as a consultant for BDO Canada LLP, he works with the marketing team to implement the company’s various marketing campaigns, specializing in search optimization and marketing automation using primarily ClickDimensions.  Pedro is equally passionate about helping creatives use digital media to create successful online businesses.

With 4 years already under his belt of Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience Daniel is further capitalising on these skills as part of a winning team at Dialog who were Microsoft Presidents Club members in 2013. In his spare time Daniel likes playing competitive tennis and spending time with his two young boys.
