Letter from Our CEO

From time to time I like to reach out and say thank you to our partners and customers.  We love working with you, and I sincerely thank you for your business and your partnership.

As in years past, 2014 was a year of big growth and accomplishment for ClickDimensions.  Our revenue grew 86% from 2013.  This is significant given that our revenue grew 376% from 2011 to 2012 and 132% from 2012 to 2013. 

Our team is now over 70 people strong with more than half of those resources in research and development.  We are making huge investments in our platform that you will see in 2015. 

We are also committed to continuing to build our world-class service and support team.  We recognize that, more than just a software package, we are selling a full solution that must include service and support that goes above and beyond the call of duty.

Of course, we are extremely dedicated to our partners.  We realize that our business depends on them, and we recognize this with investments we have made and will continue to make in our Partner Account Management team and our Account Management team.  Our Account Management team, which follows up with each and every customer on an ongoing basis, has grown 400% in the last year and a half.  We care deeply about our customers.


What is driving our growth is that we are 100% committed to being the best marketing automation solution for Dynamics CRM.  Our advantage of being built natively inside Dynamics CRM’s platform and database remain a point of tremendous value for the sales and marketing teams that have adopted our approach.  Expect to see us not only expand our feature set, but also make every feature easier and more intuitive for our users.
