Describing the culture of NETtime Solutions as a “think tank where ideas are listened to and considered,” Ms. Marcinko said, “it is refreshing to be able to contribute to solutions instead of being in the giant, stuffy corporate world.” She observed that the recent economic shakeup caused technology changes, especially SaaS solutions, to be pushed and more rapidly adopted as businesses scrambled to find ways to contain costs. “Suddenly data started driving business decisions instead of simply being a historical record. Mid-sized companies are now using tools that almost exclusively belonged to large enterprises,” she stated.

Explaining why she enjoys selling time and attendance, Ms. Marcinko said, “it’s in my blood to be in sales. There’s always something new with the constant law and regulation changes and this drives my passion as changes translate into enhanced products for our clients.”

Ms. Marcinko believes that honesty is important for strong, long lasting client relationships, and noted that, “this echoes NETtime Solutions’ loyalty and service philosphy.”
